Betrayed by his guild and permanently cursed into a lowly level-one goblin monster, former raid leader Oren must build a tribal stronghold from scratch to exact his revenge.
In the fully immersive virtual reality world of *New Era Online*, Oren is a legendary raid leader and top-tier guild officer poised to claim ultimate dominion over the game's contested territories. But on the eve of his greatest triumph, his closest comrades betray him, executing an illicit black-market scroll that permanently resets his avatar, wipes his bank account, and traps his consciousness in the body of a despised, level-one green monster: a lowly goblin. Unable to log out until his massive player bounty is repaid, Oren refuses to accept his fate. Utilizing his elite raid management experience, deep understanding of game mechanics, and sheer vengeful spite, he begins uniting scattered woodland monsters, erecting mud-brick fortifications, and constructing a formidable goblin clan dedicated to crushing the player guilds that cast him aside.
