Our Curator's Review

Murakami is a perennial Nobel contender. Released in English in late 2024/early 2025, this is a return to his classic style: dream reading, walled cities, and shadows. Murakami fans might note it's theme is similar to his 1980 novel; Hard-boiled Wonderland and the End of the World, a personal favourite so I'm thrilled to submerge back into this strange and existential universe for 17+ hours of pure escapism.
